This delightful clock evokes the beautiful and lush region of the Black Forest. The traditional cuckoo emerges from its door, situated above a group of dancers twirling about on the floral decorated balcony. Below, a woodchopper works, raising his axe up and down. Nearby, a tranquil waterwheel spins around in time to the pleasant sounds of the clock’s music box. The welcoming tableau is further accented by the decoration of windows with floral boxes and green shutters, a wooden bench, a stack of logs, and fir trees. Adding an additional flair to the wooded motif, colorful floral patterns are painted at the bottom of the base, and along the trim underneath the roof.
