Clock Repair Services

Even though Black Forest Cuckoo Clocks are extremely durable products, they will still require some maintenance over the course of their lifetime. Accidents do happen as well, of course, and we are here to help if your clock was purchased from us.

If you purchased your clock from Fehrenbach Black Forest Clocks, you already have a limited two-year service warranty. A select few of our higher-tier models include a five-year warranty Please see our Shipping & Warranty page for specific details on Warranty Repairs.

If you think your clock needs service, first check our Trouble Shooting Guide. It contains many helpful videos for simple problems that you may be able to fix yourself at home. If you’re unsure or uncomfortable making adjustments, please give us a call first. We are happy to answer any questions and can even arrange a video consultation with our expert clock repairman. 

If your clock requires hands-on service, we perform all repairs and maintenance in-house for clocks purchased from our store. Simply reach out via our Contact Us page, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
