This cuckoo clock depicts a quaint woodland chalet decorated with detailed miniature balconies and adorned with green shutters and floral boxes on the windows. Resting atop the peaked roof, is a rounded shaped tower housing a small bell. The cuckoo bird calls from its door, as below it, children spin around on the topmost balcony to the clock’s music. At the base, a young boy and girl are at play upon a teeter-totter. As the music box chimes, the children seesaw up and down. On the opposite side of the clock, three ducks rest in a tiny pond. Further complimenting the charming tableau are fir trees, stones, and a water pump and trough.
