Anton Schneider cuckoo clocks are handcarved in the Black Forest town of Schonach, Germany. Since 1848, the Schneider family has crafted traditional cuckoo clocks using Alpine woodcarving techniques passed down for generations. Each clock is VdS certified and comes with a 2-year warranty. 1-Day Schneider Traditional Coocoo clock without music. The face of the brown clock is crosshatched. There are carved leaves with lighter colored carved lines on each of the four corners of the clock. The distinctive feature of this clock is the oval shaped rounded clock face. The cuckoo door above the dial opens when the cuckoo bird calls. There is a larger carved cuckoo bird sitting on top of the crown on the roof.
