Linen Table Runner - Cream with Winter Chalet Scene & Deer - Large

This winter themed oval table runner depicts a traditional German cottage covered in deep snow. Placed around the cottage are three pine trees. The snow on the pine trees and cottage is highlighted with lovely golden thread, as is a pathway that winds between the small hills that surround the house. The house is done in differing hues of brown that mimic the wooden timbers used in its construction. In the foreground is a snow covered woodpile.

Next to the woodpile are two deer. The deer and woodpile are colored a deeper brown that matches well to the brown tones of the cottage. This scene takes place at both ends of the runner. Overtopping each cottage are four elegant, tear shaped cutouts. Around the cutouts is a fanciful, swirling design. Bright golden thread stitched in a star-like pattern runs along the interior border, linking the two ends of the runner together.
