Cuddly Bunnies is a charming and playful figure from the ANRI Ferrándiz Nativity collection, capturing a joyful moment of childhood and woodland companionship in the beloved storybook style of Spanish artist Juan Ferrándiz.
The young boy stands proudly in blue overalls and a striped sweater, topped with a matching blue cap that adds a cheerful touch to his outfit. Ferrándiz’s gentle artistic style brings warmth and personality to the figure through the boy’s friendly expression and relaxed posture.
Surrounding him is a lively group of small animal companions. A bunny nestles in the front pocket of his overalls, while another peeks out curiously from a sack slung over his shoulder. A third rabbit rests comfortably in a basket at his side, creating a delightful woodland gathering.
Adding a final playful detail, a bright yellow chick perches on top of the boy’s cap, looking proudly outward and completing the whimsical scene.
Expertly hand-carved from Alpine maple in Italy and carefully hand-painted in Ferrándiz’s soft, expressive tones, this figure reflects the craftsmanship and storytelling charm that made ANRI carvings treasured collectibles.
