This vintage style sign features an ad for the Carlsberg Brewing Company, the brewers of the famous Danish beer, Carlsberg. Carlsberg's "old" factory itself is also quite famous and is currently open for tours. The advertisement highlights this long standing reputation for excellence by depicting a sweeping panorama of the factory. An unbroken line of horse drawn beer carts is seen leaving the factory, demonstrating the beer's popularity. This fact is further reinforced by the phrase "Det storesalg skyldes kvaliteten" or "the retail sales are due to the quality" which is written along the bottom.
