Semmelknödel, traditional German bread dumplings, are a classic specialty of Bavarian and southern German cooking. Made from bread and other traditional ingredients, these hearty dumplings have a soft, tender texture and are especially delicious served alongside roasts, goulash, mushroom sauce, and rich gravies. Dr. Willi Knoll makes them convenient to prepare at home with individual boiling bags.

Simply place the boiling bags in simmering water and cook according to the package directions. The boiling bags make preparation easy while helping the dumplings retain their shape. Serve them alongside sauerbraten, roast pork, beef goulash, or other dishes with rich sauces and gravies.

Each 2-pack includes two 7 oz (198 g) packages with 6 bread dumplings each, for 12 dumplings total and a combined net weight of 14 oz (396 g). Made in Germany by Dr. Willi Knoll.
