Rifles are crossed on the top crown piece of the clock, above the cuckoo bird. Above the crossed rifles sits a prominent deer head with antlers.

This traditional style cuckoo clock beautifully showcases the classic hunter’s style. Beneath the cuckoo bird, the intricate sculpt of a hunter’s horn encircles the timepiece's dial. On opposite ends of the clock, ornate carvings of a pheasant and rabbit stand proudly, representing the woodland wildlife of the Black Forest. The clock’s frame is surrounded by an intricate border of forest leaves, with a hunter’s pouch adorned at the bottom.

The clock is topped off with a magnificent crown design of a mounted stag’s head, backed against a complimentary pattern of woodland leaves. A pair of hunting rifles are displayed, their barrels crossing each other along the bottom edges of the peaked crown.
