As a Sales Associate at Fehrenbach Black Forest Clocks, you’re not just ringing up sales—you’re creating smiles and making magic happen! From helping customers find their next favorite thing to keeping our store looking fabulous, you’ll play a key role in our retail wonderland. If you’re a people person with a zest for life and a flair for retail, we want to hear from you!

Your Daily Adventures Will Include:

• Greeting customers with a big smile and a warm hello—make them feel right at home!
• Helping customers discover exactly what they’re looking for (and maybe even a few surprises!).
• Handling sales transactions with precision and pizzazz using our POS system.
• Keeping our store sparkling clean and beautifully arranged, like a showroom ready for a magazine spread.
• Turning customer questions, complaints, and returns into opportunities to shine.
• Keeping an eye on stock levels and making sure we’re always well-stocked with all the cool stuff.
• Teaming Up with your awesome colleagues to spread joy.

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

• Has a natural talent for chatting and connecting with people (no retail experience? No worries, we’ll train you!).
• Is ready to jump into action and multitask like a pro.
• Has a love for retail and a passion for helping customers find just what they need.
• Is cool with working flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Can handle lifting up to 50 pounds—because sometimes a little muscle makes all the difference!
• Has a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not a dealbreaker).
