This unique cuckoo clock stands out with its rustic chalet design and notable white painted front, highlighted with brown cross timbered trim. Dancers spin about on a balcony above, as below is a woodland setting featuring a gentleman seated at a small table, toasting and raising his glass of beer in the air. Nearby, a St. Bernard dog observes, as a rustic water wheel lazily spins around with the clock’s music. The tableau at the base is further complemented by the quaint details of fir trees, wooden fences, and a water trough and pump. Meanwhile, at the top of the gabled roof, a hardworking sweep pops up and down out of the chimney stack in time with the cuckoo bird calls, every hour and half hour.
