This lovely 8-day timepiece truly embodies the charm of the traditional cuckoo clock style. Beneath the cuckoo door, dancers twirl about on a small, elegantly carved balcony, spinning to the refrains of the music box. A crosshatched design is sculpted around the clock's face, as the frame is adorned with a border of woodland leaves. On opposite ends of the dial, are ornate carvings of cuckoo birds perched at rest atop a tree branch. Decorating the top, sits a crown that features the design of a cuckoo with its wings spread open, flanked on either side by a motif of leaves.
