A King who speaks to our hearts. Gambrinus, supposedly the inventor of beer brewing.
Due to the subtle background color of the Beer Stein, the eye immediately falls on Gambrinus in his colorful glory, as he proudly sits leaning against a beer barrel, a scepter in one hand and a goblet filled with beer in the other. The lower rim of the Mug is decorated with lions and beer mugs, the upper one is decorated with hops.
The sides of the Tankard are decorated with two banners on which is written: "Gambrinus werde ich genannt, König von Flandern und Brabant, Ich habe aus Gerste Malz gemacht und zuerst das Bier erdacht. Drumm können die Brauer mit Stolz bekunden, dass ein König es war, der das Bier erfunden"
"Gambrinus I am called, King of Flanders and Brabant - I made malt from barley and first came up with beer - Therefore, the brewers can proudly state that it was a King who invented the beer."
The decorated pewter lid reflects the shape of his crown. A thoroughly majestic Beer Stein.
This Beer Stein was once made by the Manufacturer Thewalt GmbH and is now reproduced by the KING-WERK Company.
