It was lovely working with Martina to sort out a cuckoo clock for my toddler granddaughter's upcoming birthday; she's been wanting a 'Cuckoo' of her own ever since she first experienced one at her godmother's home.

I purchased a coo coo clock online & was able to speak with customer service for advice before my purchase which was very helpful. The clock was beautifully crafted & I just love it. It stopped playing the music about three weeks after purchase. I sent the clock back very easily & I received an email that my clock was received. It needed a simple adjustment but remained at the store about three weeks to be sure the problem was resolved. My clock is back & working fine. Customer service at Fehrenbach is exceptional & everyone was polite & helpful plus I had the confidence that my clock was repaired by an expert.
