We carefully pack our products for shipment, but if an item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Keep the original packaging and take clear photos of the damaged item and shipping box so we can review the issue and help with the next steps. We want customers to feel confident ordering fragile and specialty German products from us.
