The instructions are usually packed inside the packaging paper, underneath the pyramid. I will attach them to this note and we apologize if your instructions were missing. The pyramids do react to barely noticeable drafts. Maybe try a different location and please constantly supervise burning candles. Never leave an open flame unattended.
