We recommend that you silence the clock (either on the side or under the platform - depending on the clock) and move the hands forward (always forward!). That way, you don't have to wait for the cuckoo and music to go through it's time announcements. If you don't have the silence mode on your clock, lock the cuckoo in its house by flipping the little metal hook over the door. Do NOT move the hands backwards.
