THE CUCKOO SOUND IS TWO HOURS FAST. AT 2.00 IT CUCKOO'S 4 TIMES. CAN THIS BE ADJUSTED? I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY INSTRUCTIONS WITH THE CLOCK. IT KEEPS GOOD TIME.

Hello! Thank you for reaching out. This issue is easy to fix. Set the clock to silent. Remove the batteries from the clock. Turn the minute hand clockwise until both hands point to the 12 and the clock shows 12 o'clock. Insert the batteries. Set the current time by slowly moving the minute hand clockwise. Turn the chime back on and the cuckoo will call the correct number of times on the hour. It is that easy! Enjoy your clock!
