This large, Christmas themed table runner is an excellent addition to any Holiday decorating scheme. Placed along the exterior border of the runner in an alternating fashion is a series of Christmas candles. Each candle is accented in gold with a circle of golden stars surrounding their flames. At the base of the candles is a large ribbon, done up into a lovely bow. The ribbon is also accented with golden thread, matching the candles.
The candles sit upon a bed of holly and mistletoe leaves with their accompanying red and white berries. The stars and berries are repeated between the candles, scattered about in an eye pleasing fashion. A fancifully curved line of golden thread runs beneath all the candles giving the runner a formal look. When viewing this table runner, it is readily apparent why Funke is widely known for creating only the highest quality German table linens.
