This Beer Stein shows the tradition of dancing into May.

A couple in traditional Bavarian clothing dances around a Maypole, while a musician plays on a Lute. In the background you can see the Alps and next to the couple is the Great Coat of Arms, of the Bavarian State.

On the sides of the mug is a church, which looks like St. Bartholomew (at the Königssee) and a traditional mountain cabin in the Alps. Both sides are also decorated with Edelweiss.
The dark base color makes the buildings and people stand out very well. The entire design is framed by a border of the Bavarian Rhombus pattern in the middle of which is written "Bayern".

The overall appearance is perfected by a richly decorated Pewter Lid.

This Beer Stein  was once made by the Manufacturer Thewalt GmbH and is now reproduced by the KING-WERK Company.
